The Career Conversion Programme (CCP) for SME Executives is specifically designed to assist Professionals, Managers, Executives, and Technicians (PMETs) in transitioning into new roles within small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
This comprehensive approach ensures that PMETs are well-prepared to contribute effectively in their new roles within the dynamic SME sector.
Training them in new job functions tailored to the needs of SMEs.
Acclimating them to the unique working environment of an SME.
Delivering foundational training across various domains.
The Career Conversion Programme (CCP) for SME Executives is specifically tailored for Professionals, Managers, Executives, and Technicians (PMETs) transitioning from non-SME environments.
