The Career Conversion Programme for Professional Executives (CCP-PE) is designed to facilitate the transition of mid-career Professionals, Managers, Executives, and Technicians (PMETs) into new job roles, aligning with the evolving demands of the business and industry landscape.
Through a blend of structured classroom training and targeted On-the-Job Training (OJT), participants are equipped with the skills and knowledge required for their new roles.
Companies participating in the program are eligible to receive substantial salary funding support, covering up to 90% of the salary costs, subject to adherence with the Workforce Singapore (WSG) Salary Support Eligibility Criteria.

Duration: 3 Months On-the-Job Training): Aimed at updating and enhancing the skill sets of current Professional Executives, this pathway ensures they remain relevant and productive in their evolving roles through focused reskilling and job redesign initiatives.

*New hires and JRR candidates will need a minimum fixed monthly salary of > S3,OOO before commencement of the programme.
Standard Rates
up to 70% of fixed monthly salary, capped at $5,000 per month per trainee
Enhanced Rates
up to 90% of fixed monthly salary, capped at $7,500 per month per trainee*

Enhanced Rate is for Singapore Citizens & PRs who are long-term unemployed (LTU) defined as being unemployed and actively seeking employment for six months or more and / or those who are 40 years old and above in the year of commencement of the CCP.
Alongside the transformative Career Conversion Programme (CCP), take advantage of additional government grant support through the Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) and the SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC).
SMEs are eligible for up to 50% grant support. Eligible employers will also receive a one-off $10,000 credit to cover up to 90% of out-of-pocket expenses on qualifying costs. T&C apply.
