The Career Conversion Programme for Infocomm and Technology Professionals (CCP-ICTP) aims to facilitate the transition of mid-career Professionals, Managers, Executives, and Technicians (PMETs) into the ICT sector through skill conversion, enabling them to assume advanced positions within the industry.

Participants can benefit from comprehensive On-the-Job Training, covering up to 100% of the required training for their new roles.

Companies participating in this program are eligible to receive financial assistance, with up to 90% of the participant’s salary support, in accordance with the Workforce Singapore (WSG) Salary Support Eligibility Criteria.

Enhanced Rate is for Singapore Citizens & PRs who are long-term unemployed (LTU) defined as being unemployed and actively seeking employment for six months or more and / or those who are 40 years old and above in the year of commencement of the CCP.
