CCP trainees will undergo structured OJT to acquire Technical Skills and Competencies (TSCs) validated with the Industry.
*New hires and JRR candidates will need a minimum fixed monthly salary of > $3,000 before commencement of the programme.
Standard Rates
up to 70% of fixed monthly salary, capped at $5,000 per month per trainee
Enhanced Rates
up to 90% of fixed monthly salary, capped at $7,500 per month per trainee*

Enhanced Rate is for Singapore Citizens & PRs who are long-term unemployed (LTU) defined as being unemployed and actively seeking employment for six months or more and / or those who are 40 years old and above in the year of commencement of the CCP.
Alongside the transformative Career Conversion Programme (CCP), take advantage of additional government grant support through the Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) and the SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC).
SMEs are eligible for up to 50% grant support. Eligible employers will also receive a one-off $10,000 credit to cover up to 90% of out-of-pocket expenses on qualifying costs. T&C apply.
